The word Nosmet derives from Latin and means “we ourselves,” or more colloquially “just us,” the four founding members who, after first working separately and then together for several years as employees, decided to offer their professional alliance, competencies and linguistic skills by creating in 2003 a new venture in the translation world.

Nosmet’s chosen company model is the cooperative, a structure that represents a sharing of skills and values, incarnating the passion and enthusiasm of the founding members and the team of freelancers who share in their objectives.

We began with medical translations for specialist publishers and expanded into other sectors thanks to the skills and experiences developed over the years.

And here we are, Nosmet is just us!
